OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHEREVER PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
- Eligibility: Mike’s® Hard Lemonade Fantasy Life Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers and directors of the following entities and members of their immediate families (defined as parent, child, sibling, spouse) or same households (whether related or not) are NOT eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or win a Prize: Mark Anthony Brands Inc. (“Sponsor”), FL Newsletter LLC, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (including HP2 Promotions), as well as alcohol beverage licensees (i.e., alcohol beverage suppliers, importers, wholesalers, distributors and retailers). By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and HP2 Promotions (the independent judging organization, “Administrator”) which shall be final and binding in all respects. All federal, state and local laws apply.
- Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on August 15, 2025 and ends on April 9, 2026. The Sweepstakes is comprised of thirty-four (34) weeks, with each week beginning on a Friday at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ending on the immediately following Thursday at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (except for the first week of the Sweepstakes Period which begins at 12:00:01 a.m.
Eastern Time). - How to Enter: Internet access and a valid e-mail address are required to submit an entry form. There are two (2) ways to access the entry page:
a. QR Code: Locate the QR Code®* on specially marked 12-unit packages and advertising materials for Mike’s® Hard Lemonade at participating retail locations. Scanning the QR Code® from your handset (smart phone) will take you to a website, https://www.mikeshard.com/sweepstakes/fantasylife (“Website”). After verifying your age, complete and submit the entry form with all required information, including but not limited to your first and last name, street address, city/state of addrss, and e-mail address. (Scanning the QR Code alone will NOT result in entry.)
b. Online: To play without scanning a QR Code, you can access the Website directly by typing the Website’s https://www.mikeshard.com/sweepstakes/fantasylife into your browser. Then, follow same steps as with QR Code® entry.
Regardless of method utilized by Fantasy League Commissioner, all entries must be received no later than 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on April 9, 2026, subject to weekly entry deadlines as set forth in Exhibit A. Receipt of entry may be acknowledged but such acknowledgment does not constitute any representation of eligibility for the Sweepstakes nor is it otherwise binding upon Sponsor. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged (except perhaps as noted above) or returned. No alterations or forged entries are permitted. All entrants must have Internet access and a valid e-mail address to enter the Sweepstakes; entrants utilizing the QR Code method must also have handset and digital service that is compatible with QR Code® technology. Third party usage fees may apply. You may be charged for wireless Internet access according to the terms of your plan with your cellular or “wi-fi” provider. Please consult your wireless service provider regarding your pricing plan BEFORE entering the Sweepstakes. Not all wireless providers feature necessary service to participate in the Sweepstakes via the QR Code® entry method. Check your phone capabilities for specific instructions as to scanning QR Code® and wireless Internet access. Wireless Internet access is not available in all areas.

No endorsement, sponsorship or other affiliation is intended or implied by such use. - Entry Restrictions: Limit one (1) entry per person per day of the Sweepstakes Period; a “day” begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time, except for August 15, 2025 which begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time. Violation of the preceding entry limit will result in only the initial entry on a given day being accepted. Automated entries are prohibited and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification. But Sponsor reserves the right to void all entries or prohibit participation in future promotions offered by Sponsor if Sponsor determines in its sole discretion that a given person engaged in egregious, blatant or repeated violations of the entry limit. Proof of submission of entry does not constitute proof of receipt of same or proof of entry. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor. Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibility for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, late or lost entries due to data or computer glitches or other programming/technological/electronic error, malfunction or failure of any kind, regardless of cause; and, all such entries are void. Data rates may apply to entries submitted via mobile device.
- Prizes & Prize Restrictions. 423 Prizes in total will be available to be awarded. See Exhibit A for Prize information and restrictions. The total approximate retail value of all Prizes offered in the Sweepstakes: $61,200.00. Alcohol beverages are not part of any Prize.
- Winners’ Determination/Odds/Notification/Verification/Alternates: Winners will be selected via random drawing, with one (1) random drawing per week of the Sweepstakes Period, as set forth in Exhibit A. All random drawings will be conducted by HP2 Promotions, an independent judging organization, whose decisions will be final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable weekly random drawing. Non-winning eligible entries will be retained for subsequent weekly random drawing(s), as applicable. Potential winners will be notified by e-mail on or about the designated random drawing date as per Exhibit A. For Prizes with an approximate retail value of $60, potential winners will be notified by e-mail and each winner will be required to respond to the potential winner e-mail notification and provide a copy of a valid driver’s license or U.S. Passport; for Prizes with an approximate retail value of $100-$550, potential winners will be required to complete, sign (in the presence of a third-party witness who is 21 years or older and is not related by blood or marriage to potential Prize winner) a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release; for Professional Football Championship Game Prize, potential winner will be required to complete, sign (in the presence of a Notary Public an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release [where lawful]). In all cases, winner documents (be it a Release or Affidavit) must be returned within three (3) business days of date indicated on notification materials or said Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to another winner at Sponsor’s sole discretion (for Professional Football Championship Game Prize, time permitting). In the event of noncompliance with the corresponding requirement or if a potential winner cannot be contacted for any reason, said Prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind and an alternate winner may be selected (for Professional Football Championship Game Prize, time permitting).
- General Conditions: There is a limit of one (1) prize per family, household or address regardless of the method of entry. Entry constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to abide by and accept the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. No prize substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are not redeemable/exchangeable for cash, except for gift card prizes where required by applicable law. A Prize is not transferable except with Sponsor’s prior consent which may be granted or withheld in its sole discretion without liability of any kind. All federal, state and local taxes on a Prize are each winner’s sole responsibility. For prizes with an approximate retail value valued at over $599, winner will be issued an IRS 1099 Tax Form (as well as an IRS W-9 Form for collection of their Social Security Number) along with the Affidavit. By accepting a Prize, a winner waives the right to assert as a cost of winning a Prize, any and all costs of redemption or travel to redeem a Prize and any and all liability that might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem a Prize. All costs and expenses associated with a Prize acceptance and use that are not specified herein are the sole responsibility of each winner.
Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any Prize furnished in connection with the Sweepstakes. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. - Releases: By participating, entrant indemnifies, releases and agrees to hold harmless (a) Mark Anthony Brands Inc., FL Newsletter LLC, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies (including HP2 Promotions); (b) the directors, officers, agents, representatives, shareholders, employees, successors and assigns of any of the above organizations; and (c) Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Released Entities”) from any and all liability arising from participating in the Sweepstakes, any Sweepstakes-related activity and/or the acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any prize (as applicable). Without limiting the foregoing, Mark Anthony Brands Inc. makes no representation, warranty or guarantee of any kind regarding any prize; this includes but is not limited to the warranty of merchantability or fitness for intended purpose. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s agreement to the use of his/her name, address (city, state), likeness, voice, photograph or other indicia of persona and/or statements regarding the Sponsor or the Sweepstakes for advertising, publicity and trade purposes by Sponsor and its designees (including FL Newsletter LLC) without further compensation or any notice or approval of any kind.
- Limitations of Liability: Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for all purposes of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility under any legal theory for (a) any incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by web site users, tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error; (b) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of any web site or entries; (c) any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, programming or failure of e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof, or for injury or damage to entrant’s or to any other person’s mobile device (or any information/materials stored thereon) related to or resulting from downloading materials from any web site or participating in the Sweepstakes; and (d) late, lost, illegible/garbled, incomplete, damaged, inaccessible, corrupted or jumbled e-mail transmissions or entries regardless of cause (and, all such entries are void.)
- Force Majeure: If one or more weeks of the Sweepstakes are not capable of running as originally planned for any reason beyond the control of Sponsor (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic/epidemic, unauthorized intervention, fraud, civil commotion), Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and conduct the Sweepstakes and select the winners for such affected week(s) from among all eligible entries received for such affected weekly random drawing(s) or otherwise in a manner which is fair, equitable and in accordance with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted on https://www.mikeshard.com/sweepstakes/fantasylife.
- Tampering: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR TO DEFRAUD SPONSOR IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY SUCH PERSON FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES (IF APPLICABLE), PROHIBIT SUCH PERSON FROM PARTICIPATING IN FUTURE PROMOTIONS OFFERED BY SPONSOR, AS WELL AS TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
- Additional Conditions of Participation: Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical, technical, or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, control and govern. If a Sweepstakes entry for a given week’s random drawing is lost, destroyed or corrupted, the sole remedy of entrant shall be receipt of a replacement entry for such week’s random drawing, time permitting and if otherwise feasible; if not feasible (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), Sponsor shall not have any liability of any kind relative to same. Only the type and quantity of prizes as set forth above and in Exhibit A are available to be won in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules in a given instance shall not represent the waiver of such provision. Should a court of competent jurisdiction deem a given provision of these Official Rules to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision will be replaced with a substitute provision which is valid/legal/enforceable and most closely approximates the original intent of Sponsor. The invalidity,
illegality or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity, legality or enforceability of any other provision of these Official Rules. - Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without respect to conflict of law/choice of law doctrines of Illinois (or of any other jurisdiction which would lead to the application of the law of any jurisdiction other than Illinois). To the fullest extent permitted by law, as a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant agrees (a) that any and all disputes regarding the Sweepstakes which cannot be resolved between the parties shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a federal or state court located in Cook County, Illinois; (b) to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and to waive any right of inconvenient forum, change of venue or any like right; (c) that any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in participating in the Sweepstakes (if any), but in no event attorney’s fees, with all other forms of remedy – including but not limited to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages and injunctive relief – being expressly waived.
- Winners List: For winners list, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Mike’s® Hard Lemonade Fantasy Life Sweepstakes, 167 N. Green Street, 6th Floor, Chicago, IL 60607. All requests must be received by May 15, 2026. Winners’ list will be available after June 1, 2026.

1Twelve (12) month subscription begins on date of redemption for prize award on FantasyLife.com. Winner must create a free account with FL Newsletter LLC to activate subscription, including provision of a valid credit card/debit card/payment method. At conclusion of twelve (12) month period, subscription will automatically renew for another twelve (12) month period with credit card/debit card/payment method on file being billed by FL Newsletter LLC. Additional restrictions apply. If winner already has a subscription, he/she will receive a renewal subscription for a twelve (12) month period when existing subscription expires. Winner must claim renewal by contacting support@fantasylife.com.

4 Professional Football Championship Game will take place on February 8, 2026 in Santa Clara, California. Winner must be available to attend Professional Football Championship Game on such date. Winner’s guest must be 21 years of age or older and must complete and sign (in the presence of a Notary) a Guest’s Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (where lawful), to be returned along with valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., driver’s license or passport), within three (3) business days of date indicated on notification to prize winner. Seat location and ticket type will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Tickets are subject to terms and conditions stated thereon, including prohibition on re-sale as well as policy if Professional Football Championship Game cannot be held as intended for any reason. Winner and winner’s guest must conduct themselves at all times in an appropriate, well-behaved and courteous manner as well as complying with any and all policies of venue hosting Professional Football Championship Game. In addition, winner and winner’s guest must comply with any and all applicable policies/laws/regulations/orders/protocols issued by federal, state, and local authorities respecting COVID-19 and other communicable diseases. If winner or winner’s guest is ejected from Professional Football Championship Game for any reason, Sponsor shall not have any liability under any legal theory. Prize also includes:
- Round-trip coach air travel for winner and guest from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence to San Jose, California. Winner and guest must travel together on same itinerary as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Flights may not be direct. Winner and guest are solely responsible for having valid identification required for air travel. If winner’s residence is within reasonable driving distance from San Jose, California as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, winner will receive ground transportation or a travel stipend as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion (and, in such case, no alternate prize or compensation will be awarded.)
- One (1) standard hotel room for four (4) days three (3) nights accommodations based on double occupancy (standard room); check-in and check-out dates as solely specified by the Sponsor.
- One (1) five-hundred-dollar ($500) check from Sponsor/Administrator made payable to the winner that may be used for any unspecified expenses in conjunction with attending the professional football championship game. All other expenses not specified in these Official Rules (e.g., meals, souvenirs and incidentals) are the winner’s sole responsibility.
Winner and winner’s guest must conduct themselves at all times in an appropriate, well-behaved and courteous manner as well as complying with any and all policies of air carrier and hotel. In addition, winner and winner’s guest must comply with any and all applicable policies/laws/regulations/orders/protocols issued by federal, state, and local authorities respecting COVID-19 and other communicable diseases as to air travel and hotel stay.
If winner does not have a guest accompany them on trip to the Professional Football Championship Game, winner will only receive one (1) ticket to the Professional Football Championship Game (and the other elements of Prize – i.e., air travel and hotel room – will be awarded in increments appropriate for the winner alone) and no substitute prize or compensation will be awarded. For the avoidance of doubt, award of the five-hundred-dollar ($500) check element of the Prize is contingent upon winner attending the Professional Football Championship Game. Actual value of the Prize may differ from approximate retail value due to point of departure of air travel and other factors; should the actual value be less than the approximate retail value, winner will not receive the difference in cash or otherwise.
